About Victory Tabernacle Church

Victory Tabernacle Apostolic Church is a Spirit-filled, Pentecostal congregation rooted in Apostolic truth and located in the heart of Indianapolis, Indiana. For over 40 years, we have been a place where faith is strengthened, lives are transformed, and the presence of God is experienced in a powerful and personal way.

Founded by Bishop Dr. William L. Harris Sr., a third-generation Apostolic leader with more than 45 years of preaching ministry, Victory Tabernacle has grown into a vibrant church community committed to honoring God and serving people. His legacy of faith, sound doctrine, and passionate preaching continues to shape the heart and direction of our ministry today.

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and the final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living. It guides everything we believe and practice.

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, grow in faith, and spread the Gospel. We are a Spirit-filled community committed to loving God, serving people, and advancing His Kingdom in the earth.
